Consequently, when a buyer completes the steps necessary to submit an order, including full or partial payment for the proposed purchase contract, the buyer is making an offer to buy. No order is binding on Steelbuilding.com until it is accepted by Steelbuilding.com.

Price Quotes Steelbuilding.com employs extremely complicated online pricing systems which we are constantly revising and upgrading. On very rare occasions these automated pricing systems may misprice a quote. We confirm the price for all orders during processing, and if we discover a mistake in pricing, we take the following actions. If the correct price is higher than the quoted price, we may cancel the order, notify the buyer of the cancellation, and refund any money paid us by the buyer. If the correct price for the products ordered is lower than the quoted price (buyer has been overcharged), we charge the lower amount and process the order. In either case, if buyer is due a refund, we will determine the most appropriate method of paying it. For example, we may issue a credit to the credit card account used by the buyer, or we may repay the buyer by check. If the buyer has paid a deposit on a building purchase and owes a balance to be paid COD, we may adjust the COD payment to reflect the proper balance due.

Freight Pricing Steelbuilding.com does not add profit to freight. We merely pass our cost on to the customer. As a result, changes in freight costs will be automatically updated on all quotes as soon as the change goes into effect. This means that our price guarantees do not extend to freight costs. Be advised that since freight is included in the "base building price" for buildings priced by our online system, this price may change if and only if freight costs change.
